All BHR property owners should be receiving a packet of materials before the Annual Meeting. The packet will include the following: 1. A cover letter from the Board President, Brad Brooks, and instructions for attending the ZOOM annual meeting.
2.The Annual Meeting agenda 3. The Annual Meeting State of the Ranch Report 4. Biographies of owners running for 3 open positions on the board of directors 5. Concepts for 4 Entry Gate Designs to be ranked by owners
6. The official ballot that will allow you to cast your vote for the Board of Directors candidates as well as the rank order of the gate concepts. Proxy voting has been suspended for this year only because of the Pandemic. 7. Two yellow BHR hang tags for your vehicles to designate that you have authority to use ranch roads 8. A magnet with numbers to call in case of a medical or fire emergency to attach to your car dash or in your home or your camp. 9. A stamped return envelope addressed to PMI for the two ballot issues: board positions & gate. If you did not receive your packet, is your contact information updated with BHR?
