UPDATE 5:00 pm, 2/17/22 - Rugby Mines Rd and South Mountain is impassible at present. It will not be cleared until tomorrow (Friday 2/18/22). This is the Lower Mines Rd/Rugby Mines Rd access on the east side of ranch at the steep hill right before turning onto S Mountain Drive. A truck and large RV trailer is jack-knifed on South Mountain and Rugby Mines Road.
