According to the Blackhawk Ranch Property Owners Association's Policies and Procedures (2013), "Committees are established to administer on-going tasks, or to conduct research to provide the Board sufficient information to make decisions." Committees can be perpetual or provisional. The current standing committees include the Road Committee, the Weeds Committee, the Emergency Management Committee, the Compliance Committee, and the Communications Committee. (Section 300)
