December 3rd UPDATE: Due to the weather, the maintenance on CR 310/Rouse Road at the railroad crossing has been delayed until December 8th at 6 PM. The road will open December 10th at 7 AM. County Road 310 will close at the railroad crossing for bridge and crossing repair starting on December 3 rd  at approximately 6 PM.  The road will reopen on December 5 th at 630 AM.  Please use Howards Draw/CO Rd 66.1 for ingress/egress to Blackhawk Ranch during this timeframe.
