CR 320 Closing at Railroad Crossing

The work on the railroad crossing is complete and the road is now open.

Dec 9th Update. The work on the railroad crossing is taking longer than expected and will remain closed through most of Wednesday Dec 10th. The work may be complete by 2 PM, but recommend using Howards Draw/CR 66.01 for BHR egress through the end of the day.

December 3rd UPDATE: Due to the weather, the maintenance on CR 310/Rouse Road at the railroad crossing has been delayed until December 8th at 6 PM. The road will open December 10th at 7 AM.

County Road 310 will close at the railroad crossing for bridge and crossing repair starting on December 3^rd at approximately 6 PM.  The road will reopen on December 5^th at 630 AM. 

Please use Howards Draw/CO Rd 66.1 for ingress/egress to Blackhawk Ranch during this timeframe.

BHR Annual Meeting Election Results

The BHR POA annual meeting was held this morning, July 19th. Thank you to all who attended or submitted proxies.

The election for two open POA Board of Directors seats resulted in the election of Frank Horwich and Tim Kurtz. The motion to increase the dues was defeated.

The new board met after the meeting to select members for each board position. Tim Kurtz was selected as President, Frank Horwich as Vice President, Nancy Pasternak will continue to serve as Secratary and Compliance Chair, Carol Ryan as Treasurer and Jim Nance as the at-large member and Road Chair.

4 Mile Road Closure

The Road Committee will be moving a culvert just south of Bearpaw Spur on 4 Mile Canyon Wednesday June 18th. The road will be unpassable from 10 am thru 2 pm. We will try to minimize that time span, but be prepared to wait or make other arraignments.

This intersection is very messy in the winter because of the original placement of the culvert; water sits at this intersection and does not flow to the culvert.
